Die Original-Mitglieder waren Son Doobie, DJ Ralph M und Tomahawk Funk. „Which Doobie U B?“ ist das Debüt-Studio-Album der aus Lateinamerika stammenden Rap-Gruppe Funkdoobiest.  Dj Muggs ist der ausführende Produzent für dieses Album. Die einzelnen Lieder wurden von Son Doobie und Tomahawk Funk. Beim Lied „Wopbabalubop“ wurden die beiden zusätzlich vom Cypress Hill-Mitglied B-Real unterstützt. Es ist daher eine Ähnlichkeit mit Cypress Hill Produktionen erkennbar. „Es läuft alles irgendwie“ bestätigt der Allmusic-Kritiker Steve Huey. Muggs beweist sich hier laut Huey als absolut erstklassiger Produzent und Son Doobie‘s Rhymes passend surreal und kiffer-freundlich, wenn auch heiterer als die bedrohlichen Rhymes seines Cypress Hill-Freundes.  Der Titel des Albums leitet sich von einer Episode aus der 1970er Sitcom „What‘s Happening“ ab, in der der Hauptcharakter Raj den Special Guests The Doobie Brothers vorgestellt wird. Tracks on the album are performed by Son Doobie and Tomahawk Funk, including additional Cypress Hill member B-Real on the track 'Wopbabalubop'. Hence the album is very much in line with the Cypress Hill productions. 'It all works anyway', according to Allmusic review writer Steve Huey, he continues 'Muggs is in his absolute prime as a producer here, and Son Doobie's rhymes are fittingly surreal and stoner-friendly, albeit more cartoonish than menacing like his Cypress counterpart'.
